Mechanical injectors

We regenerate and repair single-spring injectors for passenger cars, trucks, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment. In single-spring injectors, we replace the injector tip, spacer, and pushrod poppet. The adjustment of the single-spring injector is carried out on a Bosch EPS100 or Testmaster tester (setting the appropriate injector opening pressure and the correct fuel spray from the injector tip holes).

Two-spring injectors are used in passenger cars, trucks, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment. In a two-spring injector, the entire assembly is replaced along with the spacer. Adjustment of the two pressures is only possible using the Bosch EPS 200 testing equipment. In a two-spring injector, the second pressure opening at 300-400 bars is very important.

Common Rail injectors

We regenerate and repair Common Rail injectors from Bosch, Delphi, Siemens VDO, and we inspect Denso injectors. Before repair, the injectors undergo a cleaning process in ultrasonic baths and inspection of worn components using a digital microscope. After inspection, original parts are selected. Subsequently, the injector is assembled and adjusted. We test and calibrate them using Bosch EPS708, Bosch EPS815, and Hartridge CRiPC devices. These devices meet the highest quality standards used in the latest models of passenger and commercial vehicles. Since 2012, we have been authorized by Siemens VDO for injector repair (Siemens VDO injectors are found in vehicles such as Ford, Volvo, Citroen, Peugeot).

Piezoelectric Injectors

Piezoelectric injectors from Bosch currently undergo only verification and testing. We test them on the Bosch EPS708 test bench. Injector repair technology has been implemented in our service center since mid-2014. In piezoelectric injectors, we replace the injector nozzle, nut, and generate a new IMA code.

Siemens VDO piezoelectric injectors have a repair technology that has been carried out in our service center since the second quarter of 2013. During the repair of piezoelectric injectors, a repair kit is replaced along with the nut. Subsequently, the piezoelectric injector is tested and calibrated on the Hartridge CRiPC test bench. After injector testing, a manufacturer code and a protocol confirming 100% efficiency are generated.
